2 DAY COURSE
This Two Day course is aimed at individuals who are or intend to be, steward/esses and chefs on yachts or food handlers working in catering. In this course, participants will discover the importance of hygiene in the work area and the personal responsibilities that come with the techniques and procedures that will be taught, to prepare and handle food safely and hygienically.
Once the individual has completed the course, they will have the confidence and expertise to deliver food safely and hygienically to all clients and guests.
